Economic Geology Layers

Economic Geology is the geology of mineral and fuel resources. Most of the research conducted at UW is on metallic ore deposits of the Pacific Northwest of the United States. Increasingly, economic geology also includes environmental and other societal aspects of mineral and fuel resources.
